The Imagined Village

THE IMAGINED VILLAGE was one of the big hits on the folk scene of 2008-9, with a best-selling album for Peter Gabriel's Real World Records, much critical acclaim, an appearance on Later...With Jools Holland (BBC 2 TV) and numerous festival / concert 'live' shows.

On 11 January 2010, the Simon Emmerson-inspired band returns with a brand new album provisionally titled Empire And Love, on a brand new label ECC, plus a major UK tour, dates of which are listed below.
